We would like you to be completely satisfied with your CarrieBlossom jewellery. Due to the nature of the items we sell (i.e. jewellery), we are unable to exchange or refund items unless they are defective or damaged.
All goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within one week of receiving your order. We will assist with a repair or exchange and re-send to you at no extra freight charge.
Items must be returned to CarrieBlossom within 14 days of dispatch and must be in the original condition and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Items that are on sale or discounted are not refundable. Any item that has been altered is not refundable.
Damage from careless wear and tear is not the responsibility of CarrieBlossom, however we are happy to assist with repairs where possible.
