Payment
Payment methods we accept are direct deposit and PayPal (credit card). All prices are in Australian dollars (AU$) and exclude delivery. Prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.
Direct deposit - goods will be dispatched only when payment is received. Please quote your order number and name when depositing money.
PayPal (credit card) - PayPal allows the transfer of money between e-mail users. It allows secure online payment using a credit card or bank account. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to shop with CarrieBlossom.
Once you have finished processing the transaction you will be redirected back to the CarrieBlossom website to complete the order process. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been received and once payment has been accepted you will receive e-mail notification. If you do not receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please call us on 0421 123 064 or email us at info@carrieblossom.com.au.
Postage and delivery
Within Australia - all parcels are sent Express Post and incur a flat fee of $7.95.
International - Insured Airmail / Express Post - $20.
Free delivery for single orders within Australia over AU$300.
All jewellery is carefully wrapped and presented to travel safely.
If you are purchasing as a gift, a free gift card is included.
You can leave a message for the lucky recipient in the 'message for recipient' box on the Checkout page.
Order terms and conditions
- By placing an order with CarrieBlossom, you are entering into an agreement with us for the purchase of goods. This is legally binding.
- Orders will be dispatched once full payment has been received. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best.
- We will e-mail you an order confirmation once your order is received.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address has been correctly entered. We will not be held liable for an incorrectly entered address.
- If your parcel does not arrive, please contact us. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. We will not be held liable for late delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order when: (a) products are unavailable for any reason, (b) an order placed through the site has not been received by CarrieBlossom.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation of an order cannot occur once payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.
